Meet the Managers
Cameron Cobane is a theater artist and professional wrestler. He began volunteering as a caretaker and custodian of the Hooker-Dunham Theater & Gallery while earning a Bachelor of Arts in theater from Marlboro College in 2012, and he's been sweeping the floors and scrubbing the restrooms ever since. Cameron is co-founder of Turbulent Times Theater and also serves on the Board of Trustees for Vermont Theatre Company. A native of Springfield, MA, Cameron resides in Hinsdale, NH, and is delighted to join Shannon in continuing to care for our little theater.
Shannon Ward acted in her first play 25 years ago at the Hooker-Dunham Theater (she was 5 years old, and played a flower). Growing up, Shannon continued her theater education at the New England Youth Theatre, eventually becoming a director for the Town School Theatre program. Shannon graduated from UVM with a degree in English and theatre, and since graduating she has worked as an actor and educator throughout the northeast. Shannon serves on the board of trustees for the Vermont Theatre Company, and is a producer and actor with the Vermont Suitcase Company. She is thrilled to take on this new challenge, at the theater where it all started.
